Sulfert 8 8-0-0 Liquid Fertilizer for Turf and Ornamentals Reg. No. b3481 Act 36 of 1947 (Group II)

Lawns:

Mix 1 Litre of SULFERT 8 with 3 to 5 litres of water and apply to approximately 20m2. For best results, repeat this application 3 to 5 times throughout the growing season. Ideally, the first application of SULFERT 8 should be in early spring.

SULFERT 8 Liquid Fertilizer will stimulate growth and encourage greening when used according to label directions. Sulfert 8 is rich in NITROGEN and can be supplemented with macro- and micro nutrients, depending on application. SULFERT 8 contains ammonium sulphate and is particularly effective when applied to alkaline soil or acid-loving ornamentals.

WHEN TO FERTILIZE

EARLY SPRING
When rapid growth begins.
(Late Aug - Sept)
LATE SPRING
Prior to summer heat and drought stress.
(Nov)
EARLY AUTUMN
After summer eat and drought stress.
(Late March)

IMPORTANT

  • SULFERT 8 liquid fertilizer must be diluted with water according to label specifications.
  • Never expose plants to undiluted SULFERT 8.
  • Rinse and discard container immediately after use.
  • Liming may be required if used continuously over a number of years.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

SULFERT 8 may be applied with a sprayer, proportioning device, or watering can.

Tree, shrubs, vines and ground covers:

Mix 1 litre of SULFERT 8 with 10 litres of water, applying roughly 2.5 litres of the solution per m2.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS

Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of eye contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Call a Physician. In case of skin contact, wash affected areas with water. Remove contaminated clothing and launder before reuse.

STORAGE

Store in original container only. To avoid contamination, do not reuse SULFERT 8 containers. Do not store this product near heat or open flame. Do not store below 20°F. If frozen, shake well before using.

CONTAINER DISPOSAL:

Triple rinse(or equivalent) spray application equipment. Empty packaging should be offered for recycling, or punctured and disposed of in a sanitary landfill.
